The Cherries picked-up a historic 1-0 win at reigning Premier League champions Chelsea last time out, with striker Glenn Murray grabbing the only goal of the game in the 82nd minute. The win ended a run of eight Premier League games without a win for Eddie Howe’s men.
The victory meant that the Cherries moved out of the relegation zone and into 17th position in the Premier League table, although the side from Dorset are only outside the drop zone on goal difference.
The Cherries will have taken heart from taking four points from games with Everton and Chelsea and will now be looking to move further away from the drop zone.
Manchester United endured a frustrating afternoon last time out in the Premier League, as Louis van Gaal’s team played out a goalless draw with West Ham. It was the Red Devils second goalless draw in their last three home games.
