Chelsea host West Ham at Stamford Bridge on Saturday in the Premier League, as the visitors continue their push for the top-four.

The home side have very little to play for this season, after Guus Hiddink’s side lost 2-0 at Everton on Saturday in the FA Cup quarter-final. To add insult to defeat Spanish international striker Diego Costa received his first ever red card for the Blues.

The Blues drew 1-1 with Stoke last time out in the Premier League. The draw left Hiddink’s side 10th in the Premier League table and it seems the reigning champions are now unlikely to mount a late charge for the top-four places this season.

West Ham are now five games unbeaten in all competitions, having drawn 1-1 with Manchester United in the FA Cup quarter-final last time out. The Hammers had recorded four straight wins prior to the draw at Old Trafford, including a 3-2 win at Everton last time out in the Premier League.

The win moved the Hammers up to fifth in the table and the Hammers are now just two points behind fourth-place Manchester City.

The Hammers undoubted star this season has been French midfielder Dimitri Payet, who has scored eight times and produced eight assists in the Premier League this season.

French international striker Loic Remy may come in up front in place of Costa. Captain John Terry may return in the centre of defence.

West Ham are without defender James Tomkins through injury, while Winston Reid and James Collins are also doubts for the clash and Nigerian international winger Victor Moses is ineligible to face his parent club.
