Horse Racing Tips At Exeter Thursday 21st April

by 21st April 2016

We hoped for a decent day but with only the 2 winners from the 6 selections it ended a touch disappointingly.

Qatea was plainly not fit as the price indicated but Lavetta most definitely built on the decent run back at Redcar with a decisive victory.

Lowanbehold struggled on the quicker ground yesterday and allowed the front 2 to get away from flag fall. King Muro also struggled on the quicker ground.

All Set To Go followed up the last win very comfortably for Nicholls and Justatenner needs slower ground.

Today is another bumper day with Beverley on the flat in the afternoon complimented by Perth and Warwick over the jumps. While in the evening jumps action at Market Rasen and Exeter (where all selections run) and a flat card in Tipperary.

Racing Tip One

17.30 Exeter – 2m 7f 25y class 5 Many Happy Returns HM The Queen Handicap Hurdle (4yo plus) (13 runners)

The improvement in the ground has seen the Jonjo O Neill stable hit some form and Easy Street is fancied to appreciate the better surface.

Racing Tip two

19.00 Exeter – 2m 175y class 5 Wild Beer Co Maiden Hurdle (4yo plus) (12 runners)

We are going to continue to follow the Nicholls championship hunt and side with Black Corton in what is a very poor maiden on paper.

Racing Tip Three

Bill and Barn a double point winner is fancied to make a winning start under rules, once again, for the Nicholls camp.

If you want to make up a lucky 15 – then Brio Conti for Nicholls in the bumper at Warwick at 16.40 is the way to go.
