Norwich hosts Swansea at Carrow Road on Saturday in the Premier League as the home side look to end a horrendous run in the top-flight.
Norwich have suffered four straight Premier League defeats and dropped to 16th in the league table, just two points above the relegation zone. Last time out the Canaries suffered a 2-1 defeat against league leaders Manchester City, but in truth produced a decent performance.
The Canaries looked to be heading for a point until the 89th minute, when Russell Martin conceded a penalty kick and was dismissed. City midfielder Yaya Toure made no mistake with the spot-kick.
Alex Neil’s side are now six games without a top-flight victory and will be looking for a more positive result in this fixture.
The visitors have been inconsistent this season and last time out were beaten 3-0 at home by Arsenal, with Olivier Giroud, Laurent Koscielny and Joel Campbell all getting on the scoresheet. The defeat left the Swans in 13th place in the top-flight table.
The Welsh side will be looking for French striker Bafetimbi Gomis to rediscover his scoring touch, as he has now gone seven league games without scoring, after scoring in the first four games. However Ghana international Andre Ayew has scored five goals this season in the top-flight and will be looking to capitalise on that shaky Norwich backline.

Team News

The home side have a few injury problems heading into this fixture. Defender Andre Wisdom, winger Matt Jarvis and striker Dieumerci Mbokani are doubts for the fixture, while centre-back and captain Russell Martin serves a ban for his sending-off at City last time out.
Cameron Jerome is likely start up front in Mbokani’s absence, while Ryan Bennett could partner Sebastian Bassong at the heart of the defence.
Swansea boss Garry Monk has a fully-fit squad of players to choose from, but may make changes to the starting line-up that featured against Arsenal last time at the Liberty Stadium.

Possible Norwich team line-up: Ruddy, Whittaker, Bassong, Bennett, Olsson, Redmond, Mulumbu, Tettey, Brady, Hoolahan, Jerome

Norwich v Swansea Match Prediction

This is another game that could go either way, but I think this could be a draw. The Canaries produced a good performance at City and will see this as a game they can win. The Swans have been unpredictable this season. For me this could be a score draw.
Backing the draw will get you odds of 23/10 with Corals.
