Stoke and West Brom clash at the Britannia Stadium on Saturday afternoon in the Premier League.
The home side have yet to claim a Premier League victory this season, losing one and drawing their last two games in the top-flight. Last time out in the league the Potters drew 1-1 at newly-promoted Norwich, but had ‘keeper Jack Butland to thank for the point as he pulled-off a number of saves.
One bright spot for the Potters so far this season has been the form of Senegalese striker Biram Mame Diouf. The former-Manchester United striker has scored in the Potters last two games in the top-flight.
Switzerland international Xherdan Shaqiri also enjoyed a bright debut at Norwich and is expected to be a key player for Mark Hughes side this season.
West Brom have started the campaign off with two defeats and a draw. Last time out they were defeated 3-2 by Premier League Chelsea, despite the Blues having John Terry sent-off early in the second half.
Midfielder James Morrison enjoyed a mixed afternoon. The Scotland international missed a penalty kick before scoring a brace, but it was not enough to drag his team back into the game. Baggies boss Tony Pulis will be glad that the home games against Chelsea and City are now out of the way and his team can attempt to get some points on the board.
