Watford hosts Chelsea at Vicarage Road on Wednesday night, in the Premier League, as the visitors look to climb to the Premier League table.
Watford have now claimed consecutive wins, after picking-up a 1-0 win at Nottingham Forest in the fourth round of the FA Cup, as Odion Ighalo scored the only goal of the game.
The Hornets also claimed a 2-1 win over Newcastle last time out in the Premier League, which ended a four game losing run for the Hornets in the top-flight. The win leaves the Hornets 10th position in the Premier League table, five points behind fifth-place Manchester United.
Chelsea looks to have regained their form after consecutive victories, after the Blues won 5-1 at MK Dons in the fourth round of the FA Cup. The cup win followed a 1-0 win at London rivals Arsenal last time out in the Premier League.
The win moved Chelsea up to 13th place in the Premier League. The Blues are now nine points behind fifth-place Manchester United and 14 points behind the top four.

Recommended Betting Tip
Oscar may have score a hat trick but we believe that Costa will score first – 10/3 with Corals

Facts And Figures

Chelsea have had the better of the five Premier League meetings between these two teams, recording three wins and a draw. The Hornets have only claimed one win against Chelsea in the Premier League.
The two Premier League games played at Vicarage Road have been pretty even with both teams recording a win each.
Watford have won just one of the last ten meetings of these two teams in all competitions and have suffered seven defeats in that period.
Chelsea are now unbeaten in their last seven Premier League games. The Blues have also kept clean sheets in their last three away games in the top-flight.
There have been over 2.5 goals scored in Watford’s last four home games in the Premier League.

Team Selection & News

Watford are without left-back Nathan Ake, who is eligible to play against his parent club. Fellow defenders Tommy Hoban and Joel Ekstrand look set to miss out once again. Winger Nordin Amrabat will be looking to make his first start since arriving at Vicarage Road, after coming on as a late substitute against Newcastle and starting against Forest in the FA Cup.
Chelsea are without Colombian striker Radamel Falcao through injury, while Pedro and Loic Remy are also doubts. The Blues fielded a strong line-up at MK Dons and the starting line-up in this clash should not be too different, although new signings Alexandre Pato and Matt Miazga could be in the Blues squad.

Possible Watford team line-up: Gomes, Nyom, Cathcart, Britos, Holebas, Watson, Behrami, Capoue, Jurado, Deeney, Ighalo

Possible Chelsea United team line-up: Courtois, Ivanovic, Zouma, Terry, Azpilicueta, Mikel, Fabregas, Willian, Oscar, Hazard, Costa

Watford v Chelsea Match Prediction

Watford seemed to have turned the corner after a poor run of results in the Premier League and will be looking to build on consecutive wins in all competitions. Reigning Premier League champions Chelsea look to have found their feet again after a nightmare start to the campaign.
Watford have already held the Blues at Stamford Bridge this season, but the Blues seem to have gained momentum in recent games and I believe they will win this clash.
