West Brom host Watford at the Hawthorns on Saturday in the Premier League, as the two teams look to enhance their chances of securing a top ten finish this season.

West Brom suffered a 2-1 defeat at Champions League chasing Manchester City last time out. The Baggies took an early shock lead through Stephane Sessegnon, before goals from Sergio Aguero and Samir Nasri condemned the side from the Midlands to defeat.

Despite that defeat in Manchester, the Baggies look comfortable in midtable and will be looking to finish as high as possible in the Premier League this season.

Watford have also all-but confirmed their place in the Premier League for next season after moving to 39 points by drawing 1-1 with Everton last time out. The Toffees took the lead through a late James McCarthy effort in the first half, only for Hornets defender Jose Holebas to equalise soon afterwards.

The Hornets have enjoyed a good first campaign under Spanish boss Quique Sanchez Flores and have defied pre-season predictions of relegation.

Possible West Brom Team Selection

Foster, Dawson, McAuley, Evans, Chester, Sandro, Fletcher, Sessegnon, Berahino, McClean, Rondon

Match Prediction

Neither of these teams has much to play for the Premier League and that may be reflected in this game and the result. This game has a low scoring draw written all over it, as both teams have struggled to score goals in recent months.
